FAQ'S

 

Are deposits required?

  • Yes, there is a deposit that is NOT REFUNDABLE of $50 to finalize your session for every package BESIDES elopement & wedding. Elopements & Weddings will have a $100 deposit that is NOT REFUNDABLE.


How can I contact you?

How long does it take to get my photos back?

  • Turnaround time is around one to two weeks unless it is a wedding, elopement, or event that will be 2-3 weeks.


Is there a way I can get extra photos?

  • Of course, you can have extra photos! Additional photos are available; please inquire about additional costs.


Can I have more time during the session?

  • It depends. If it is a studio session, it depends on what they have available & if there will be an additional charge to extend the time. If not in a studio, it depends on whether I am booked right after; again, there will be an extra charge if wanting to extend longer.


Can I have the RAW/unedited photos?

  • Short answer: usually no. RAW files are unfinished and are part of my editing process and photography style. Every final image you receive is carefully selected and professionally edited to match the quality and look of my work.


What if I need to cancel/reschedule?

  • Please provide a 48-hour notice; rescheduling is subject to availability & the non-refundable deposit may be able to move towards a different date, depending on the notice. Otherwise, you will need to provide another deposit to secure your new spot.


Do you travel?

  • Yes, travel may be available depending on location. Travel fees may apply.
